Service Description
We're going to focus on technique and the basic necessities that are required to increase speed, quickness, agility & change of direction. This will involve some weight lifting depending on age. This does not include position specific training for sports but all sports require speed, quickness, agility & change of direction.
Cancellation Policy
Client must cancel 2-4 hours prior to their session. Deposit fee is non refundable and rescheduling may be available based on availability. There is a 15 min grace period, after that your session is cancelled and payment is non refundable. UNLESS you notify us prior to your session that you will be late, we DO NOT have to train you after that 15 min grace period. Your training session will consist of whatever time is left once you arrive.
